Ridgeline exists because too many operators have paid for a thick report, watched the consultant drive off and been left with the same problem they started with. We work differently: find the real problem, chase it to the root cause, design the fix, bring in the right specialists and stay until it works in the field.

Jay Witts
Founder and Managing Director
Jay brings a background in defensive driving, 4WD and high-risk vehicle operations, including training work with Performance Driving Australia. He leads Ridgeline's strategy, sales and delivery.

Director, UAV and Technical Operations
Noah comes from running live sports broadcasts, where tight timelines and a lot of moving parts are just part of the job. He oversees operations and project delivery at Ridgeline and is building out our UAV offering.
