FieldCheck
Your data already knows why it keeps happening.
FieldCheck links the incident, fleet, maintenance, roster and training data your site already collects to find where your light vehicles are putting people at risk and costing you money. You get the fixes that matter most, then 90 days of monitoring to prove they worked.

Five systems. Nobody reading them together.
Incident reports live in one system, telematics in another and maintenance in a third. Rosters, training and VOC records sit somewhere else again. Each one makes sense on its own, but nobody's job is to read them together.
So investigations find the immediate cause and the fix targets the symptom. When one Australian miner went back through every action raised after its incidents, it found very few dealt with the root cause. The same incidents come back with a new date on them, and the downtime and repair bills that come with them never get added up.
Most tools stop at what went wrong. We find the fix and prove it worked.
Fixes, not just findings
Analytics tools stop at the dashboard. FieldCheck ends with three to five fixes ranked by risk and cost and a plan to put them in. If the fix is training or vehicle systems, we can help with that too.
Safety and cost in the same picture
The data that explains your incidents also shows idle vehicles, repeat repairs and downtime. We put a dollar figure on both, so the fixes make business sense.
Vehicles are our home ground
We don't try to cover every hazard on site, just light vehicles and fleets. Jay trains drivers with Performance Driving Australia, so findings get read by someone who knows what a ute does on a wet haul road.
We read the messy stuff
The real reasons sit in incident narratives, defect notes and investigation reports. We read them alongside the numbers, and every finding links back to the records behind it.
We keep watching
For 90 days after the findings we keep reading your data as it comes in, so we can see whether the fixes are holding and catch anything new early.
Proof, not promises
Every finding gets a baseline. At the end of the 90 days you see what moved against it and what didn't, either way.
What a finding looks like
Every finding pulls the systems together, puts a cost on it and comes with a fix. Each number traces back to the records behind it, so your team can check our working.
Most ute damage happens in the last two hours of night shift.
- Incidents
- 23 of 38 vehicle damage events happened in the last two hours of night shift
- Telematics
- Most were low speed reversing in the crib room car park
- Rosters
- 17 involved drivers on their fourth night in a row
- Maintenance
- $46,000 in panel repairs and 61 vehicle days off the road
The fix
Drive-through parking at the crib room, a spotter rule for reversing after 3am and a look at the four night swing with the roster team.
What FieldCheck reads
One focus area: light vehicle operations. That means incidents, light and heavy vehicle interactions, near misses and vehicle damage, plus the costs that sit beside them: downtime, repeat repairs and vehicles that aren't earning their keep.
We work from exports you can pull today, so there's no integration project, nothing to install and no site visit. Twelve months is ideal, but less still works. If a source isn't there, we tell you what that does to our confidence and work with what is.

Data patchy or missing?
We'll tell you straight on the data check, and what to start capturing so FieldCheck has something to work with next time.
How it runs
Find it, fix it, prove it. Your time: one contact person, a kick-off, a mid-point check and the findings session.
- 1
Data check
A 20 minute call and a sample export from each system. We tell you straight whether your data can carry FieldCheck, before you spend anything.
- 2
Find it
Four weeks, all from your exports. We link the data, read the incident narratives and look for the patterns, with a check-in at the midpoint.
- 3
Fix it
A findings session with your operations and HSE leads, with three to five fixes ranked by risk and cost and a plan for each.
- 4
Prove it
90 days of monitoring. We keep re-running the analysis as new data lands and show you what moved against the baseline.
What you get
A findings report
The patterns linking your incidents and costs to conditions across your systems, each traced back to the records behind it. No black-box risk scores.
Three to five priority fixes
Ranked by risk and cost, each aimed at a root cause rather than a symptom.
A fix plan
Your team runs it, or bring us in for the training and vehicle systems side.
A baseline
The numbers the fixes get measured against.
A findings session
With your operations and HSE leads, so everyone hears it the same way.
90 days of monitoring
We re-run the analysis as new data comes in, so you know whether the fixes are holding.
Your data
- Personal details are de-identified before analysis unless a finding genuinely needs them.
- Your data is used for your FieldCheck only. At the end we return it or delete it, your call.
- We sign your data agreement and work within your IT and privacy requirements.
- Findings point at systems and conditions, not at individuals to blame.
- If the data can't support a conclusion, we say so.
This isn't a compliance audit, a dashboard you're left to interpret or a replacement for the systems you already run.
One fixed fee. No day rates.
FieldCheck is a fixed fee, agreed before we start. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
The first step is a 20 minute call to work out whether your data can support it. Tell us what's broken and we'll tell you straight if this is the right tool for it.
